Jerry's sweet voice is extra sweet & clear during the chorus for this version than the ones from October, 1980.

Monster Mason's. Can't believe this one isn't here yeat. Cleanest, most coherent version. Jerry's guitar tone is pure gold.

Sandwiched between a dreamy Dark Star. Not the definitive version perhaps, but it belongs in the discussion.

Can believe this one isn't already here! A beautiful version from one of the top five shows ever played.

Near flawless version from a near flawless tour. The whole band is locked in on the home stretch here, and keith is hammerin' away on those ivories..

Best of '77, to be sure.

Not to pee on everyone's parade, but I think this version--while hot--is a bit overrated. I recommend 4/6/82, 7/5/81, & 12/31/81 as top three. Listen, then reconsider.

Top three for me. It seems Jerry's got something to prove on this version, and the boys back him up hook, line, and sinker! Check this one out.

Yup, a great version. The first live version I ever heard while at boarding school. Very underrated. Extra slow & funky, a bit understated, but kinda the charm of this one. Perhaps not as much In-Your-Face energy as others, but this one is rewarding nonetheless. This version should should not be under the radar!
