Holy Phil! This one has some serious muscle behind it, courtesy of Mr. Lesh's thumping bass. The solos ain't bad either!

Sugar Magnolia

Explosive, propulsive, a juggernaut of barrelhouse piano and tasty Garcia licks. Just what a Sugar Mags should be.

You Win Again

Just the third performance, and it's an A+ banger of a country twanger. I wish they'd kept this song in the rotation.

Big Railroad Blues

Has that great chugging rhythm of '71 versions. Keith (per usual) is a huge factor, but Billy's drumming is just as potent here. Awesome version!

Keith made all the difference turning this into a barrelhouse powerhouse. What a tremendous performance of a fun song.

Definitely NOT overrated. It may not be the best, but WOW does it set the tone for the rest of the evening. Brent does everything and more, the drummers are great, it's just plain awesome. :)

Best ever, in my book. And it's not even close. So many movements, so many big moments, endless excellent jams, SUPER long, and segues beautifully into Eyes.

LOVE this version. 47 minutes of pure magic, with Donna playing on oboe and Vince on the maracas. Plus, the segue into Cream Puff War is tight.

Pauley Pavilion - University of California

Perfect version, through and through. I’m surprised this one doesn’t have more votes, considering it’s from a classic and iconic show.

I think you might have the wrong date. Did you mean 8/13/75?
