Absolute DEFINITIVE solo. Probably one of my favorite jerry solos of all time. It comes out fully formed, absolutely inspired and never a wasted note.

does it deliver as much fire as 6/9? no. is it cleaner and crisper? yep. Jer is in control of the solo throughout Franklins. This is the way you expect it to be played... does that make it better? no. but it makes it feel more definitive to me. plus, looking past this 'overrated' nonsense... its a classic
