the FADED version! sick brent synths and groovy phil/drums/bobby behind Jerry's stoned-sounding vocals. Best one I ever heard.

Crazy this wasn't submitted yet. Awesome slam back out of space into the end jam. Vince plays his fucking heart out

The outro is lovely, flowing and beautiful

Truly awesome version, for any year. Shows how spacey they were in 95, in a good way. The jam floats forever with beautiful spidery playing from Jer.

Strong version especially for the time. Jerry tears the mid solo to shreds! Definitely worth a listen.

Uncle John's Band
July 15, 1984
Greek Theatre - University of California

Really awesome version. First I've heard since May 77 starting with the coda/reprise - the whole song is beautiful, too. Great freaking show often overshadowed by the first night (dark star yadda yadda...)
Scarlet Begonias -> Fire On The Mountain
April 13, 1983
Patrick Gymnasium, U of Vermont

BLAMMO this version slams right into Fire. powerful stuff. Jerry can do no wrong throughout scarlet as well.
Lazy River Road

The Spectrum

Very kind version. Jerry adds a little extra on the vocals.

But ya wont let Jerry STOP! Greasy version, love it. Weird SEVA benefit ft wavy gravy. Wish the dead hadn't stopped being this weird by '87.
Good Lovin'

First Bertha>GL to open the second set since like 78 or 79. Well played and enjoyable. Wonder what brought this combo out in 93 of all years. Bobby initiates the GL transition and the rest of the band seems to pause for a second like "fuckin Weir, maaaan" before launching into a very nice version.
