This is an incredible, unique, fast-paced version. Bob's singing is superb and Phil's bass playing is lickety-split in the best possible way.

In great sound on 2014 30 Days. Terrific version that merits lots more votes!

Finally listened to 2014 30 Days. Fabulous performance of Jerry's favorite Jerry song! They discover the perfect tempo here, and the song blossoms.

The entire Seastones>Jam>DS progression is wonderful. Seastones is very engaging here, nothing squeaky or off-putting (and some interesting Phil bass); the Jam (with Jerry contributing some nifty jazzy licks) picks things up; and the Dark Star somehow gains great power by being gentle and takes us on a spacy voyage without ever dissolving into "meandering." They even add some terrific Miles Davis-like funk toward the end. How do they do it??

This may be the most dramatic version of Row Jimmy. Very powerful.

A seemingly casual version--OK, actually too casual when Bobby forgets most of a verse--which displays utter mastery. Billy's drumming (high in the mix) is superb; Jerry's solo piercing; and the harmonies between Jerry and Bobby are perfect and very beautiful.
