Throwing Stones
March 31, 1984
Marin County Civic Center
Has to be one of the best. The whole band is really feeling it, unlike many versions

Deal
March 31, 1984
Marin County Civic Center
Absolute scorcher. Jerry and Brent soak this one in A1 sauce

Not Fade Away
March 31, 1984
Marin County Civic Center
Easily one of if not the best of the year

Don't Ease Me In
Dec. 31, 1984
SF Civic
A little rough around the edges but a really strong take

U.S. Blues (Wave That Flag)
June 30, 1985
Merriweather Post Pavilion
Nothing like an '85 U.S. Blues!

Wharf Rat
April 12, 1978
Cameron Indoor Stadium
Simply amazing. Needs more recognition
Looks Like Rain
April 6, 1982
The Spectrum
Not sure why this isn't higher than October 10. This is so much stronger
Cats Under the Stars
Nov. 23, 1991
Bradley Center
Best version in my opinion
China Doll
Oct. 19, 1974
Winterland Arena
Tightest one of 74
Morning Dew
Oct. 18, 1974
Winterland Arena
There's no debate, this is the best dew. Best moment in dead history in my opinion. Every note is just exactly perfect, and Garcia gives some of the most passionate and emotive vocals ever sung. Cornell doesn't come close to this, neither does Europe 72.
