I had attended 5 shows prior to this one & only the Philly shows beginning with January 5, 1979. The Scarlet>Fire is great but the Black Peter>NFA is HOT! HOT! HOT! The 1st set is also well played. In fact give both of these Philly shows a listen your ears will thank you.

Some nice guitar work by Jerry in some places, but not as exciting a show as many others in this era and others. Not Fade Away seems to come out of nowhere

Bobby is deleriuous... Ramble of rose??? Spirited song selection and not sure why they do not play this stuff in second sets anymore this is superb music. Check out that point in Eyes where Jer can either wind it down arnd the 7:00 mark right before 'sometimes we live...' and he just keeps banging it out. I like the jump out of space as well.... Sugar Mag is off the charts... Sorry I missed this show the other 1980 shows I did catch were 5's.

way, that works! Phil can be felt throughout. Definitely worth the download. My only reason for not giving five-stars is to leave room for the most amazing shows that come up. Is the August 29th show out there?
