Phil saves the day
Its too bad we don't have the first set also. There is a story to this show. Right at the start of the first song a couple of guys rushed the stage,
...
and the venue's security (always off duty Chicago cops) beat them brutally. This bummed everyone out. Then Phil decided it was his job to negate the bad vibe by pouring positve energy into the building. He put the band - and the audience - on his back and carried us to a higher plane. He was inspired. He was wonderful. It was this night that made me a life long Phil Lesh fan.
