little. Yes I enjoyed Hampton, it was one of my home base venues and never missed a show there from '83-'89. Anyway I was at the Greek '85-'89, the third day of this run had some moments, but that's all we really got in '89. Don't get me wrong I loved the fact they stayed on the road as long as they did, and they still had flashes of brilliance, even some real solid shows until Brent died, but the Touch heads and the lame scene was too much for me to handle. (Nitrous, narcs, hassles vending, stadiums, more Touch heads, etc.) After summer '86 the Dead scene was gone forever. That was Dylan/Petty, start of stadiums, the next thing you know they have a hit dingle and are on MTV (!) and that was all she wrote. Excellent transfer as always, us early/mid-'80's heads love CM's work.

front of Phil for the Sugaree, then saying-"mediocre". I'm thinking that some reviewers were NOT at this show. I'm also thinking that some are missing the quality of the recording.
