I agree with a previous reviewer that Jerry is high in the mix, but this is generally expected. what (imho) makes this show so special are the crisp vocals
...
and exellently audible drumming. This could be some of the crispest sound quality heard from 76'. Might be an average setlist, but the sound quality of this board, and lack of over-treble makes it unique.

Is superb and the highlight of this. WMMR was like WNEW or WLIR always had great shows.

Back in the day this was the first tape I had, just SEt 2. 76...what a year! I've wondered for years why no "Wharf Rat" has lived up to my memories and

now I remeber why...this one's the best!!! The Sugar Mag is also killer and the sound is pretty clean...these guys were inspired. This set also contains a great version of my least fav Dead number, "Dancin" this one has it all. Set 1 is just a nice bonus, but the quality isn't up to the level of this one. Don't hesitate...download this!
