Gimme Some Lovin'
From Bruce Hornsby's first show as a member this is the only version without Brent.
Playin' In The Band
Phil and Jerry get out there real quik on this version, some excellent Vince keys as well, Aesome quick to get to outerspace version->just melts into
Crazy Fingers
If not perfect this one is damn close beautifully played and sung by Jerry.
Box of Rain
First post Brent Box of Rain
Bird Song
Hornsby's first "Bird Song" as a member is nearly 15 minutes of bliss. Nice harmonies, too.
All Along the Watchtower
Scorching. Just flipping through the 1990 Garden run. Surprised this ain't here already. Bruce's 1st official night as a member of the band.
Stella Blue
Jerry flubs the cheap hotel, but it's OK. His guitar makes up for it. Check out last couple minutes. Builds beautifully. Just a notch below 9/19.
Uncle John's Band
Fiery, galloping build up. Maybe this was overshadowed by the 9/19 version, but this one rips.
Touch of Grey
First one after Brent's death. First one with Bruce being officially part of the gang. Pretty significant. Felt like we'd probably survive...
West L.A. Fadeaway
Holy cow. Wow. Scorches. So does the Candyman. And this is followed by a beautiful Masterpiece.
When I Paint My Masterpiece
This one even features the "Sailing round he world in a dirty gondola
