dropout @ 0:11 of I Know You Rider.
crackle @ 0:02 of Schoolgirl (sounds like equipment).
Lovelight cuts out after just over two minutes.
Cosmic Charlie cuts out after just 50 seconds.
The audience recording that supplies set 2 matches the timings of deadlists for what is speculated to be the 12-10-69 2nd set. It typically has circulated with the beginning of the 12-11 show (which has a nearly identical ambience) under the name of either the 10th or 11th. This "That's It>Charlie" clearly does not match the SBD recording for these songs on 12-11-69. Therefore, the case is strong that 12-10-69 is an accurate date for this portion, though the placement of it may be uncertain.
Sound Forge and CDWave were used to edit a few minor blemishes and for retracking, track boundary corrections, etc.

mellow, yet thumpin, drivin on Energy pervading this juicy show! ends in cosmic charlie! The purity is there, and the magic too! Just listen to the long, slow, hard as steel , soft as velvet lyrics flowing strong throughout. Beautiful jamming groove. Alot of inherent, natural space inside the structure of the songs, yet clean and melodious, attimes almost downright folksy-americana blues shifting in through classic country back through ,well, the synapse.... anyway,i'm really writing this review simply because i was blown away listening to this killer show! i could go on and on about all the songs on this unique setlist, but , instead, i'd like to say thanks to everyone who writes reviews in here because i really enjoy them and often learn much more to appreciate about a show as well.. i picked this show because i usually try to listen to the show closest in date in whichever year im listening, to "real life", but this time, it was unavailable, so i went with closest to my birthday instead...looks like i found a gem while grasping in the dark...sounds like something that can best be described as listening to the Grateful Dead . Four Stars cause Charlie cuts out, but don't be sad, just get this one now!
