best night of run

This was the best night of the three night run IMHO. Soundboard/mix does'nt do it justice. So much room to dance right up front in PHIL ZONE....Good times...

think. I went to this show alone. Just moved out of the house at 21 yrs old. I remember being fairly entertained, but thought the show was rather lacking in some respects. Not the best of thirty or so shows. My favorite is Halloween 91. Best ever attended. Luck had it. I do remember crying during the first version of Days Between for some reason. One of only three shows I caught in 93. From then on it was downhill for the Dead, even though no one wanted to admit it. Very good time in my life and one of the most profound influences I've ever had. Something to tell the grandkids about. Thankyou Jerry. Oh yeah, I remember some Deadhead chick yelling out "We Love You" really loud from right in front of the stage to the band I believe sometime during second set. Was an eerie situation I remember. Sort of caught the band off gaurd. If you listen closely between songs you can hear it. Thymer

I just stopped it. The mix is pretty bad here too, thin vocals, too much Jerry and Phil, little to no Bob, and just a general off-ness to the sound. This one is pretty much a yawner IMHO.

Great Sound / Bad Mix
I concur with the first poster. The mix is very unstable on Bob and Jerry's guitar. There are tunes where Bob's guitar is way out in front, but with

no Garcia. Also, Garcia's vocals are very low. Then on SMR, The mix is low until the rest of the band kicks in, and then the drums are in front of the mix. You should probably pass on this show, despite it being a very good sounding board, just with a bad mix.
