Twinkles with emotion. Contained. Sounds mellow and heartfelt and oh the melodicness.

Very nice indeed. Just sounds great from 30 TATS with headphones on.

Underrated first set here. They boys were on all night in Cobo. Jumping rose

Me and Bobby McGee
June 8, 1974
Coliseum Stadium

This version is almost 10 minutes long and I love it! Bobby nails the vocals, it smooth bouncy and all around great fun.

Baltimore Civic Center

Blistering solo from Jerry. Keith so gingerly stroking the keys. Makes my ears happy.

Brent is very melodic here. The whole band is working to make a silky beautiful tune and they do a fantastic job.
China Cat Sunflower -> I Know You Rider
June 16, 1974
Iowa State Fairgrounds

I still prefer 10 days later 6/26/74. But this one is growing on me, its stellar. Rocking China Cat, but the transition is mesmerizing. It sounds like Jerry plays a "Ive been working on the railroad" riff, just shortly after the meltdown. Absolutely fantastic!!

Without calling anyone an idiot. This version is absolutely silky smooth. Jerry's voice is pristine. Very dreamy. I like the 2 1990 versions a lot. But this one shines above. It is peaceful and subtle. It is lulling me as I type and I love it.
