Goin' Down The Road Feelin' Bad

classic good ole gd evoking the earlier vibe by hot wang dang and big railroad vibes. Chonky hammond and contrapuntal "Circuit rider" bluegrass weaving time bending jamming. The same unit etta james dubbed "the best blues band in the world
Throwing Stones
Sept. 2, 1983
Boise Pavilion - Boise State University

Offrail roller coaster flame fest. Doesn't this song kinda rip off Althea? Lol but gotta love the victim, estimated, looks like rain vibe of pure Bob. Kinetic lesh again and twinkly stuff
Eyes Of The World
Sept. 2, 1983
Boise Pavilion - Boise State University

daydream 30 min estimated eyes, transition is symphonic, dawn rising dead on target!!! Pining cresting and sinewy, patient refined, splendid. Outro is like a leaf bouncing on the autumn breeze, gets slappy with prince vibes
Estimated Prophet
Sept. 2, 1983
Boise Pavilion - Boise State University

First rate kinetic group playing and inspired off-the-cuff playing, on vocals phil hot in the mix and like the whole set bpm is up
Help On The Way > Slipknot > Franklin's Tower
Sept. 2, 1983
Boise Pavilion - Boise State University

they sound amazing... kicking tempo, hot rhodes blend and overall they are feeling it. Heady persian vocal flubs into an economical but fearsome slip. They turn up and let er' rip, everybody adding great stuff. Tiger starts riding atop the steed into battle. Brent and lesh's eighth note lines are articulate and killing, swooshy weir and the devils out of control. This show in general is relentlessly great. Long franklin's that soothes like the ebbing tide.
