Drums
April 12, 1978
Cameron Indoor Stadium

Can't believe I'm submitting this. Long and fun drum circle that's notable because our Jer Bear whips out a steel pan and joins in.

Jerry tearing the standards book asunder with this elegant poetic brilliance

Wembley Arena

For a few minutes wembley in '90 becomes the fillmore in the summer of 1970, the way the Dead just slide into a no-nonsense Big River. Shivers

Not Fade Away
May 15, 1970
Fillmore East (Late Show)

crunchy and heavy NFA, pigpen organ fanning, they're locked in as hell on this. Sounds like this whole show is a must check out
The Other One
May 6, 1980
Rec Hall, Penn State U

monster 1980 version, fluid as hell. Brent sounds incredible, as do Billy and Mickey. they've really got the four-armed beast thing down pat on this. Nice and patient Other One, pairs well with a bong rip or two. really surprised this only has 6 votes, the jam goes the distance
Wharf Rat
April 26, 1971
Fillmore East

powerful stuff. Listened to ladies and gentlemen a bit while biking around the east side of manhattan the other day. This one in particular really hit
Alabama Getaway
Dec. 28, 1979
Oakland Auditorium

super underrated era. Crispy alabama getaway. Heater jerry solo
To Lay Me Down
Sept. 20, 1970
Fillmore East

Heady stuff right here, jerry on piano. beautiful version
