this one is a gimme for Hornsby's jumpstart chops which makes for a devastating affair with jer and the guys lockin' in.

Laconic and textural, devils hang loose. Chasms of endless spirals of blank fear only to be boingy wackjob cyberjazz, menacing, for OG 90's heads

High spirited and activated septet playing. Lengthy tonal solo and manic 7/4 takeoff

Blazing steamroller, Hornsby, flutterbird PITB. Elegant, direct, emblematic of the late style.

That's beautiful Carrion Crow, and evokes the same feeling I get when I hear the opening notes of this magnificent song. Not quite as jammed out as this one would develop to be, especially in the following year, but a nonetheless wonderful version.

4 votes? jesus christ. Heater tmns whole show is stellar band is in a comfortable and leisurely pace but still so killing with the chops. Jazzy and destructive, youtube clip has a very nice matrix where you can hear the crowd eating up Garcia's solo for dinner. I would give my leg to have seen Jerry in the 70's.
