Drums -> Space

The Devils dabble their paintbrushes of wonderment in what could be "Tribal ambient" esque textures. And space is formidable. Clarion 89 versh.

Big River
June 18, 1974
Freedom Hall

And after that intensely emotional and explosive excursion into the soul of the "LOUISVILLE SANDWICH", as it's now called by me, before it, how about shaking off all that loose steam with the tightest, most burnin' Big River?
Stella Blue
June 18, 1974
Freedom Hall

1974 in Louisville, Kentucky is just a treat, really. Incendiary and powerfully spiralling down-to-earth Stella Blue.
The Other One
June 18, 1974
Freedom Hall

That steal your phil bomb and it's The Other One now. We're in. Welcome to the vortex of space and time. A sandwich that takes up the better space of an hour and all I can describe it as is "74 mercury". It's water. Legendary show and one of the best TOO's ever. Defines "going the distance" this is Dead music at its utter finest indeed
Weather Report Suite
June 18, 1974
Freedom Hall

connoseiurs of premium aged Dead music need to hit this 1974 sandwich of WRS->The Other One->It's a Sin. holy smokes this is the stuff of legend. Prelude and Part 1 alone will just put you out. Peak wall of sound era, everything is going hogwild and off the chain already before one of the best let it grows, and most towering behemoth post-Let it grow jams, that you will find in deadland. so heavy and chunky Phil and Bill's ability to catch up and retract, what they're doing compositionally on this stuff is just mesmerizing. Goes into one of the best TOO's ever also with a little pigpen magic thrown in for good measha!
Terrapin Station

Special special version. Refined masterpiece. It's kind of insane that this is the first ever one. Inspiration move me brightly
