down to business in the mines of emotion. Tight and incredible. A gem of a intuitive version with lots of rootsy charisma and swingin' euphoria..

Slow and serious. Mickey is masterful as is the overall tone control.Solo could have had more satisfying crescendo, fun lowkey set 1 vibe

Feel Like A Stranger

gobsmackingly propulsive, stands with the best, most fluid and excitingly spritely stranger jams. Must-hear.

Kind burritos kind tanks kind bud. Then again by this point most were probably on harder shit at these shows. Stellar version one to drive way out of your way just to feel something then lock yourself in the room. Weir's crying modulus and tiger unlocking cheat codes. Like George Martin of fabs fame said "I suppose dope, soft drugs like marijuana and so on inspired that freedom of the generation" This is the sound of that nascent flower power curiosity crumbling into middle-aged malaise.

Yep this is a WET CARAVAGGIO ya bunch of wooks this ascends turn the volume up and pray for redemption. Phil gets a little lost in the crusty AUD but god they stretch out on this, reminds me of the Manor Downs and New Haven raveups, this is a great year for scarfire. It's the way jerry paints a crunchy Rembrandt on it.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pCsRzZU59XA Have not found any other footage from this era that even comes close to these 2 songs on a hot "trouble ahead" day. Real champion of an LLR, jam and gentle build is a gurgling balmy stream. Feels like you are feet away from the big man shredding
Uncle John's Band

the connecticut love is always on point, and as is quite often the case, the Space is a must in this sequence, the Devils set up a remarkable launchpad for ambient hijinx from all setting up a reaaaallly nice UJB angel limbo that jerry doesn't want to leave. The version itself is crackling too, gorgeous.
