Gimme Some Lovin'

barrels in and kicks ass. Definitely some first show of the year magic on this. Revives the blues/soul energy of set 1 to leave us smilin' and dancin

Thrilling and ominous. gets totally cranial, still retaining the pitb main ten for the duration. Excellent tonal space.

loose kinetic cannonball energy and more fluid acrobatic bluesy group playing deserve another shout out tonite!

Dark Star

Beautiful stand alone velvet dark star from the first run of the year. Dunes of knowledge in lungs filling, dancing sparking and conspiring to puff out cosmic subs. Circles of courtyard shadings. for me it is these dissonant freakout sections where they truly embrace the avant-garde and unlock a whole new multiplicity of feelings from the song-driven stuff

try this 18-song first set on for size!! Always love this tremendous one, listen to how they snap on this one, Kreutzman coming into his own as a great.
Comes A Time

Massive, lovely organ from mckernan, crawling for respite and glimmers in the tunnel with heavy angelically lumberingly jazzy backing

Important history. Woozy overtime shredder
