Can't believe I'm submitting this. Long and fun drum circle that's notable because our Jer Bear whips out a steel pan and joins in.

Jerry tearing the standards book asunder with this elegant poetic brilliance

For a few minutes wembley in '90 becomes the fillmore in the summer of 1970, the way the Dead just slide into a no-nonsense Big River. Shivers

Smokin' and refined version of this deep cut, on "All Hallow's Eve" as a chap might say

Dancin' in the Streets
May 19, 1977
Fox Theatre

beautiful, exemplary Disco dancing, Jerrt going the distance once again, his crazy fingers getting a workout at this freaking awesome show that was memorialized, some of it anyhow, on DP29.
Ramble On Rose
May 19, 1977
Fox Theatre

One of the best ones ever, dizzyingly powerful solo and all the vocals as well. something about this version is addicting like a tooth worm too! // 3rd time ive come back to edit this just to say, if there's a better Ramble idk it. the solo is simply jerry at his finest, that moan at 5:42 is haunting and the last build up and verse is like a gust of arctic sun
Passenger

this version is not fucking around
Row Jimmy
May 19, 1977
Fox Theatre

Insane Row Jimmy, the energy isn't going to quit and it's a whirling dervish version. heady and awesome
Looks Like Rain
May 19, 1977
Fox Theatre

Remarkable! LLR, the eternal torch song
