Selland Arena

Poor Donna, she gets too much flack, I know if she could she would take back those times when she was 'screechy' because too often I see people harpin on that and ignoring what wonderful warmth she added to the songs; she was so great on High Time, Cosmic Charlie, Samson, Eyes, etc...I liked hearing that female voice backing up the songs, now it was enough, her time with the band that is, but this is a great Scarlet...
The Music Never Stopped
Aug. 7, 1982
Alpine Valley Music Theatre

I personally don't agree with the placement of this MNS, it's the 'novelty' aspect of it that got votes, but splitting it up totally fucks up the momentum of the whole jam...
Bertha
Dec. 31, 1987
Oakland Coliseum Arena

Listen! Trix are for kids, and THIS RIGHT HERE IS THE BEST BERTHA THEY EVER LAID DOWN, Deadbase has it as the best Bertha, but I don't need Deadbase or Heady versions to tell me what I already know, New Year's Eve 87 was an INSANE show, and had all time G8 versions of Bertha, Cold Rain (the best), music never stopped and a Terrapin for the ages...
Truckin'
Jan. 6, 1978
Swing Auditorium

This should be way higher, 72-74 versions are the best for sure, but the best ones are often so close in greatness that a version like this should be in that company! Jerry keeps going into the big buildup at the end over and over, 3 times I believe, great stuff...

Sexiest Ever? What the Fuck is this dude talking about, sexy my ass...it is a nice 74 'blueprint' of a Scarlet however...
