With the NRPS and ridiculously perfect. Perfect vocals and Jerry's '70 pedal steel sound. Amazing.

Tight version, excellent Pig harp solo, then Jerry on bottle neck? Is that a slide? It's freakin' awesome, and the strong pulse makes it excellent.

Aight, we're going to just big up this whole show. This is delicious eat-me goo. Damn. May '70 is prime love. Dig the great recording too.

The vocals throughout this show are sublime. This is the era of three-part harmony. They were just so fresh, and every moment is a treat. Enjoy.

Crystal clear version, not sure why it's been overlooked. Beautiful vocals, great recording, indicative of the transition sound of the era.

Not as face-melting as December 02, but has great energy and beautiful jamming.

Great all around show. One of my faves.
The Music Never Stopped
April 24, 1978
Horton Field House - Illinois State University

Bobby and Donna are having so much fun. I'm not one to comment on Donna, but wow, she just sounds great here and adds a lot. (!) Out of sight jam too.
The Music Never Stopped
Sept. 30, 1976
Mershon Auditorium, OSU

I always thought of MLB as the jam that morphed into The Music Never Stopped around the pause in '75, and it's loud and clear here. Nice version, but too short!
Dark Star
Oct. 26, 1989
Miami Arena

Captures the dark cosmic chaos. Emotional, heavy. The forces tear loose from their axis, indeed.
