Emphatic delivery right here - Wiley aud is super hi-qual.

Wharf Rat

The Spectrum

Quietly sweeping with metallic disortion tones that Jer used later in the '80's for WF and Deals. I always liked it when he went a little metal.

This is a Top 5 All-time Dew - listen to hear why stunned to find it so low....
St. Stephen

Fillmore East

This house rockin' Stephen out of a supercrunchy DS remains a personal favorite and is an integral part of my '71 Superfecta pick. The howls do it for me everytime.

Heard this one this morning on XM and wow - just wow - I can hear Jerry thinking abt his playing and hear him leading the band. This one is special.

Cannot deny the extreme power of Jerry's solos - epic night.
Black Throated Wind
June 23, 1974
Jai-Alai Fronton

I agree DStar and CC - I am not a drummer nor have I played one on t.v. and I too got turned on in the early '80's. To me Billy's contributions to this band of gypsies was absolutely jaw dropping at times throughout '71-'74..,, I specifcially listen to more and more of these years to hear HIM when he is up in the mix it's a real treat.
