Rock music as it should be. The band is really on this night and this song just flies.

Donna and Bobby really sing it-NO screeching. Their singing throughout this June 76 run is just fine. For all you Donna haters, listen to this

Comes A Time

Strand Lyceum

Solid, well sung, nice little solo, and it is so sweet after the huge UJB>Wharf Rat>DS>Sugar Mag that comes before it. It just fits in so well.

China Doll

I think I prefer this one to the Omni show, very sweet. I just love China Doll as a song and I think it was never bettered than the 73-74 period.

Adams Field House, U of Montana

Dark Star(a very good one-dark, scary)->China Doll. As Carrion Crow says elsewhere, China Doll smooths out the mind after weird Jams. Beautiful song.

Please, please please listen to this whole show. What a way to start arguably the GD best single year and in such a year this show is overlooked but make this your New Year's treat-you won't regret it.Merry Xmas and a hope we all have a Grate 2016. Here's to the next 50!

An absolutely excellent version from one of the best shows in the legendary Spring '77 tour-what more can be said?
