An overlooked version because of the famous movie version from the 19th October, but good and on the money.

They really groove on the outro vocals-no shrieking, just driving on and on. Not at the top but a VG 78 version

One of the very best of the versions,my own favourite. This is also one of my top 10 shows. A Great, great night when the band was on top of everything. Download the whole show or even better, buy D.P 28(which also has another great night from 2 days before!!!) Love & Metta CB
Weather Report Suite
June 28, 1974
Boston Garden

One of my very favourite shows. The WRS is superb, then 28 minutes of JAM-oh so sweet that meanders eventually into what I consider to be THE very very best ever US Blues. Show ends with the best most soulful ever Ship Of Fools. Like Europe 72 and the April-May 77 run, the run from 14/5/74 through to the Winterland on 20/10/74 is just one spectacular show after another.
