Me and Bobby McGee

Very well sung. Bob is feeling it.

Candyman

Ice Stadium

It won't make you a Candyman fan, but if you dig that already, you will like this.

Feel Like A Stranger
Oct. 13, 1990
Ice Stadium

Phil and Vince lead the way. The rest of the band sounds like they took the day off.

Next Time You See Me

Davis Gym, Bucknell University

Pig sounding great on a shortie. Jerry playing some sharp guitar. Great version.

Playin' In The Band

Short one, only 4:37, but what's there is crisp and well-played.

I Need A Miracle
Sept. 16, 1978
Sphinx Theatre

They didn't play well in Egypt. 1978 sucked. Right.
Black Throated Wind
May 19, 1974
Portland Memorial Coliseum

I've always found this to be a very childish song, but yeah - this version is hot.
Rockin' Pneumonia
May 23, 1972
Strand Lyceum

Love that funky way they fall into the tune.
Jack Straw
Jan. 11, 1979
Nassau Coliseum

Yes, you have to give a bump up for this, but you can say the same thing about 50 other versions. This doesn't stand so much higher than other versions so that they should be ignored while this just keeps climbing higher and higher.
Jack Straw
May 30, 1992
Sam Boyd Silver Bowl

I was one of a rare few to hear the four song soundcheck. It being Vegas, I went all in, telling my friends without a shadow of doubt, the band was going to open with Jack Straw.
