The whole run has a special place in my heart, but this show, in particular, is a lulu. I don't necessarily have a particular favorite night, but 2/19 has something special going on. One can sense both Kreutzmann's new freedom and his WTF? It's really interesting and the band just cooks.

Yeah - that's a fab TJ, DS67. Good snag. 6/14 and 6/15 shows are peaks of that version of the band. And a good June '76 Tennessee Jed is always the tonic. PS - thanks for the word on the 6/17 Sugaree that doesn't exist. I wonder what I was hearing! The trials of listening at work . . .

Strong version. This version really picks up momentum @4:30 and builds intensity from there. Definitely the most intense Let It Grow from 1977. This show has lots of treasures.
