Best Acoustic version I've heard from a lesser appreciated show...Jerry's vocals are spot on and very and some very nice soloing. Tops any Warfield

A very consistent version of a song they had a hard time with live. Better than any Warfield version I've heard.

Unknown date, released on the "Fallout From the Phil Zone" cd. The performance is on par with any of these, and the sound quality smokes them all.

Absolutely. I prefer the delicate jams, the subtle stuff going on between Jerry and Keith in this version is up there with the legendary Truckin'>Epilogue Jam a couple nights later. Much better than the ones at the top of this list with everyone just playing as loud as they could and not paying attention to what everyone else was doing. Damn, did I just sound old? Haha.

Instrumentation is nice but I can't listen to Jerry's voice after about 82

And bonus of these early versions, it's more pure, if you're like me and don't like like the 80s over sparkly keybords and heavy processed sound.

Unless there's a better SB available than the DP version, I'd go with the Fillmore East version for that earlier sound w/Crypticals included. The electric stuff on the DP sounds lousy, bad instrument separation, too much verb, sounds more like a crowd recording than a board.
