I'm not always a huge fan of this song -- I don't dislike it, I just never go out of my way to listen to it -- but I love this version! Really wowed me when I was listening to this show today for the 48th anniversary.

To me, Wharf Rat always sounds better coming out of an epic DS or TOO (as this one certainly does)...it makes you feel like you had to go on a long journey through the cosmos to stumble upon August West's dock.

Scarier than Veneta IMO. That spacey feedback section just before they slip into MAMU is downright frightening stoned, dosed or sober! Intricate, intense version from a stunning show top-to-bottom.
