Really great solo from Jerry — fast, banjo-style picking

Starts with some Buddy Rich-style hi-hat play…sounds like he’s doing that thing Buddy would do playing the bottom hat with his left hand fingers!

Billy is pretty aggressive, as he is this whole show, and Jerry's soloing is hot...

Flowing straight out of a fantastic 'Half-Step,' this is a goon one. It's between '71 and '72 for the best year for 'Sugar Mags' IMO...

Jerry's solo has a bit of a '73 feel on this one...that liquid, mellow intensity.

A few slight lyrical flubs by Bobby, but otherwise a very nice version.

Some priceless banter from Bob before they launch into this one. Starts you off with a smile...as if Tennessee Jed doesn't always put one there anyway :)

Jerry gets pretty into the vocals towards the end compared to other '72 versions...

Yes, Sooty -- they play the second verse 3/23 New York and 5/4 Paris! Jerry sounds like he wants to play it in Dusseldorf, but Bob overrules him and they slip into a great Wharf Rat.

Excellent, extended (for '72) outro and a great version overall.
