^I'm glad you mentioned 2/13/70, Blue_Roses, as I think this show is one of the few others that has those immaculate vibes, that effortless, music-plays-the-band inertia. Likely no coincidence that like 2/13, they were allegedly tripping a little harder than usual here. There's hardly any banter between songs compared to other shows on this tour, which would usually be a minus for me, but in this case it functions to not "break the fourth wall" — I find this show has a cinematic quality to it. I also think you could argue that it's a bit like a 1970 show played in '72. Apart from PITB, the first set is decidedly not trippy, but rather like an acoustic set played electric almost...
