Nice and slow! It's like Garcia can't play a wrong note tonight! Some nice support from the full band at the climax (esp. Keith).

A bit faster than I usually prefer it, but this is probably one of the last versions with Donna that’s decent, if you prefer her harmonies to Brent’s.

Nice reading with extended solos from Garcia. His voice is a bit rough, but he's singing emotively.

Solid show opener (I can leave Weir's slide parts, though). Jerry's clearly having a good night.

Part of me wishes they tried this hard all the time. Very nice version.

Dark Star
Nov. 15, 1971
The Austin Municipal Auditorium

This works so well. The Dark Star expands to space, and Bobby's strumming emerges. At the end of the song, we re-enter the same space we left like nothing ever happened, like El Paso was a dream.
And We Bid You Goodnight

Really lovely arrangement with the whole band. Great version!

Very good version. The recording quality lets you hear all kinds of nuances between the band.
Not Fade Away

Good playing. I've never personally cared for the slower versions.
Help On The Way > Slipknot > Franklin's Tower
Dec. 31, 1976
Cow Palace

Gets an upvote for how good Jerry's vocals sound on "Help" alone. "Slipknot" is quite out there and the good recording quality lets you hear all the little nuances as the band interacts.
