Bright and clear Jerry leads early, then Bobby and Vince dominate the second jam. Smooth.

Foolish Heart
July 15, 1989
Deer Creek Music Center
Nice version, with Jerry really getting into it at the end.
Drums -> Space
Dec. 8, 1993
Sports Arena
After getting this jam on tape from the Grateful Dead Hour, I was convinced they were going to bust it out on the Spring tour. It was as close as they ever came to playing it again. It's kind of a hybrid St.Stephen/Last Time jam, but definitely worth checking out.
Around and Around
Jan. 25, 1993
Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum
At this point in the band's career, stretching Around and Around out like this amounts to experimentation. The relaxed, jazzy middle section is perfect for a Bay Area Dead crowd. I was at this show and everyone was completely digging this. Really great version.
So Many Roads
June 23, 1992
Star Lake Amphitheater
The climax almosts makes up for how sloppy the beginning is, with Jerry spacing lyrics left and right. Still great for 1992.
Jack Straw
March 23, 1992
The Palace
A little rushed at the beginning, but what a climax! Excellent.
