Glad you enjoyed this one. Having not been around to actually witness the Dead in person I'm not as familiar with AUDs, which is something I'm trying to remedy

Not sure if its just the AUD (very nice AUD here btw-- don't be deterred by the lack of SBD) but Jerry's flurry of notes sounds extra gentle on this particular night. He's playing extremely fast but it's sweetly tender and intimate. I would call this one "angelic." Big rec if you like the '77/'78 eyes sound-- ds67, grendel, cucamonga, e5 you're gonna want to check this out if unfamiliar

If there were a SBD available this might be an all time version. Lots of cool riffs going on here

I come to '73 versions of this song for the more involved, high energy group jams, as opposed to '77/'78 where it's mostly Jerry soloing-- Bobby still had that more penetrative Gibson tone in '73. That's one thing that I borderline dislike about '77/'78 dead, Bob's guitar tone; it had a super unique sound to it but it just doesn't cut through the mix and becomes very difficult to hear. These '73 versions feel like a bigger group effort, and this one is a great example of that.
