Uncle John's Band
March 27, 1985
Nassau Coliseum

Nice jammy Uncle John's sandwiched between Shakedown and Playin. I prefer the Eaton AUD over the SBD as of 2/13/23.

Sugar Magnolia

Uptown Theater

Really great, lovely extended intro thx to Jerry. Everyone is on point and is a nice transition from the beautiful Comes a Time that preceeded it

Dire Wolf
Aug. 21, 1983
Frost Amphitheater

Despite the lack of vocals at the very beginning this is a great laid back Dire Wolf. The Frost is a nice place to space your face (~):)

Wave to the Wind

The Omni

Phil's singing is really solid on this one, band doesn't stumble over each other.

Turn On Your Love Light
Feb. 14, 1988
Henry J. Kaiser Auditorium

Valentine's Day '88 - very fitting for them to close with Lovelight. They played Lovelight at every Valentines show. Great band interplay

C. C. Rider
Dec. 10, 1989
Meadowlands Arena

Spencer Davis, not Dryden. Alright C C Rider followed by the only rendition of I'm a Man. Now THAT kicks ass - should be a must hear. The ENTIRE band is on fire + Davis + Hornsby guest sit ins
Truckin'
Oct. 21, 1972
Vanderbilt University

You know that feeling of a guilty pleasure? I get it everytime I hear this Truckin'. Charlie Miller might call it a "horrible mix" but to me LESH IS MORE!!! (Okay to be honest though the mix is quite bad)
Morning Dew
March 23, 1992
The Palace

Last Dew of the Bruce era, not to be missed. As others have pointed out, they get a little extra spicy near the end. Jerry's vocals are great too, right on target
Doin' That Rag
April 23, 1969
The Ark

Jerry's really great on this one, classic Primal Dead
Shakedown Street
Oct. 31, 1979
Nassau Coliseum

Phil bombs galore - great mix to showcase the band interplay in the early Brent days
