Latest Dave’s Version is solid. Slower than some versions but very bluesy and Pig is at his best

Interesting song and show. Not a good recording and not the best show but worth a listen. Honky Tonk Women? From NFA on, it sounds like the Dead.

5/17 is better but I like this near the top. Jerry’s voice is solid. The peaks are not as high as some others but beautiful.

For me, this is far too high. I listened to this show last night. I agree with grendel about the MIDI and also that 1977 versions were better. I would extend that to 78. Not a bad version, for me it is just not a top 10 or 20.

Wow. Listening to this show again. One of my favorites. This is the definitive version of Half Step. I tend towards 73 versions but this is the king. Perfect. Should be number one and not even close to two. Needs more votes.

Was just listening to this show and came across this NFA. Excellent version, I could see this climbing up, although not challenging the top. Good call on DP 29. I didn't realize or remember that. I went and grabbed the DP 29 copy. I listen to Lakeland a lot and Fox sometimes, but forgot that this was there. By the way, the drummers are going crazy here. This is a great version for percussion.

Holy crap Batman. Anyone who says that they don’t like Tennessee Jed needs to listen to this. You will like this version. Bamm!
