Goin' Down The Road Feelin' Bad
Jan. 12, 1979
The Spectrum

Out of a great NFA, this Going Down the Road rocks, Weir is strumming chords like a madman and Phil drops a few bombs for good measure, give it a try.

Not Fade Away
Jan. 12, 1979
The Spectrum

Great version, slow powerful into then 14 + jamming minutes from an underrated show. Wish there was a SBD, give it a listen anyway.

The Mighty Quinn (Quinn The Eskimo)
Dec. 30, 1985
Oakland Coliseum

Must give a nod to the first one, the only one I know of with a middle Jerry solo.

Greatest Story Ever Told
Aug. 20, 1983
Frost Amphitheatre

Just exactly perfect, the moment when Jerry starts his solo and the sound wave pulsated through the crowd.

Sugar Magnolia
Dec. 30, 1985
Oakland Coliseum

Very aggressive transition into Sunshine Daydream, someone calls out 1, 2, 3, 4 and then bam. Worth the listen.

Franklin's Tower

Sandstone Amphitheatre

Very Phil dominated SBD, long version but no real fire from Jerry, well it was ’91. Nice interplay with Vince and Bruce.
Franklin's Tower

Winterland Arena

Goin' Down The Road Feelin' Bad

Very strong version, starts very mellow, then builds nicely to a fiery crescendo, give it a listen.
