They are just "on" this show. Killer Masterpiece. Great energy.

There's something about the aging in Jerry's voice that gives the song extra gravitas.

Real crisp version. Brent sounds like he's dropping pixie dust.

Unbroken Chain

I remember being at this show and joking with my buddy about the that the song being played meant the band was dissolving. It still bugs me.

Cal Expo

My favorite from the shows I saw with Vince. Cal Expo was rocking that night.

Manor Downs

It sounds like everyone just knows Jerry is feeling it this night and give him a perfect cushion to go wherever he wants to go.

Logged in just to upvote this song. Caught it on shuffle and holy cow does it kick every ounce of a$$ there is to be had.
Help On The Way > Slipknot > Franklin's Tower
June 14, 1976
Beacon Theatre

I came in just to up vote the Slipknot. Incredible jazzy version like the others have said. Devolves from the standard fare about the 4 minute mark to a slow crawl that you think might actually go into Whart Rat then Phil and the drummers pull it back to an almost TOO tease and then Bobby, almost out of nowhere, adds a little happy strum that pulls everyone out of the space and back into a playful jam that pauses once more before heading into a classic Franklin's transition. Best Skipknot I've ever heard.
Sing Me Back Home

The Spectrum

The Wharf Rat tease gives a little special something at the intro and Donna adds a little something extra special before the final jam. I really love this version.
Here Comes Sunshine
March 22, 1973
Utica Memorial Auditorium

Phil doesn't seem like he wants to enter that last verse and then reasserts himself in the post verse jam to extend it a little further to get a little extra special sauce at the end of a great version. Definitely needs more upvotes.
