This is great. It makes for a nice contrast with Hampton, which is slower, spookier, and bluesier coming directly out of space than this version. This one is slightly uptempo and a little more energetic feeding off the all-time great Fantasy/Jude before it.

This is the best of the Fall '89/Spring '90 revival. These arrangements are a lot more concise and tighter (and well-rehearsed...) than other eras, so it may not be an all-time favorite if you prefer the looser-jamming, spacier versions of the 70s or 90s, but no note is wasted in this version and the energy is through the roof.

Yeah, they could have done a 4 minute Other One, which would have put this show in historic status as the one with the worst versions of Playin', Dark Star, Terrapin, and Other One.

This version rocks pretty hard, but 12/12/90 is the best post-resurrection. The Denver version at 10+ mins is at least 2 mins longer than any other I've ever heard and totally jammed out.
