Impossible not to groove to this one. I love the keyboard interplay here, and Pig squeals and screams his big ol heart out. Impossible not to have a smile on your face when hearing the absolute authority Pigpen had at the time. Psychedelic Jerry solo too.

Awesome opener. Great energy with a incredibly solid groove. You can hear Mickey and Billy incredibly well on this as well. Phil actually steals the show for me as he really digs deep in the pocket and creates some really interesting rhythmic interplay between the rhythm devils. Do not neglect the 60s!
