This one is for you if you like extended jazzy versions. This one goes places… Must listen!

I do love this one. There is meshing going on, and the jam takes off. Seems like Jerry and Brent want to keep it going. This is one where you don’t want it to end and transition. This one was going places….
Sugaree
Sept. 18, 1987
Madison Square Garden

I know everyone who was at this show will agree upon - the ENERGY throughout! This is a great later day version that hangs with the “ great “ versions. The boys were on their A game this evening for the whole show. If you listen to just one song from this show it’s the Morning Dew, which is my personal fav from the late 70’s on - watch for the goosebumps you will get with this one. More importantly, just start from track one and listen to the whole show. It’s a gem, and possibly one of my top shows ever attended. Enjoy!

This whole show is severely underrated. What a great way to end an amazing show. Check out the Sugaree opener!
China Cat Sunflower -> I Know You Rider
Nov. 11, 1973
Winterland Arena

The China>Rider’s ranked higher are all time favs of mine, BUT this is probably the most silky smooth of them all. A nice “ kinda” slowed down version. If you have not heard this one, you are in for a real treat. Played perfectly in my my minds eye!
