High intensity, coming in hot after a hot Caboose jam.

Powerful version. The vocal entrance at the end brings the house down, you can tell they're having fun; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4gjjkcVIoys

Bob goes for it in the rap and Garcia smiles a bit. A fun latter day version, though it never jams out like mad. Video of it here! https://www.youtube

Adventurous indeed! The Other One is dripping, good interplay between Weir and Garcia - Pigpens organ sounds suprisingly good on the below-average AUD recording (though miller fixed the quality somewhat!)

That segue is so organic you don't even notice it at first; and The Other One is nothing to scoff at. Short but energetic.

Yup. This is in my top 3 TOO suites
Playin' In The Band

My goodness; First time listening to this as the snow falls here in the western part of Norway. Many Playins from '72 and early '73 could get stale, but this one aims high and flies higher. Outstanding interplay by Bobby and Jerry as pointed out above - and a six-limbed Bill rolling ruthlessly as Phil lays down the law. Keith hangs on throughout and brings some extra spice. Theres even a fierce Donna scream! Top notch and highly underrated.
