Doin' That Rag
Sept. 29, 1969
Cafe au Go-Go

OK, this is really a submission for the following Seven jam. But that on its own should make this the most popular Rag.

The way every member weaves together in Jerry's second solo is so perfect it seems pre-orchestrated. Pristine.

Mind Left Body Jam

Ace's Studio

Mind Left Body/Music Never Stopped jam from Blues for Allah sessions. Wicked cool.

Not Fade Away

Capital Centre

Simply enjoyable '76 mellowness. Fire on the Mountain/Happiness is Drumming teases by Phil before Drums!

The post-drums jam on this is nuts, with a particularly energetic "And We Bid You Goodnight" coda. I always forget how dynamic these 68-69 jams are; every 2 or 3 minute segment of this sounds totally different.
Eyes Of The World
July 17, 1976
Orpheum Theatre

^ very well said. As if this set wasn't unique enough, this Eyes morphs into yet another gorgeous improv session and segues smoothly back into TOO.
Comes A Time
July 17, 1976
Orpheum Theatre

The closing jam sounds like it could be another thematic jam from the early 70s (i.e. Tighten Up) and is equally beautiful.

Row Jimmy
Feb. 4, 1978
Milwaukee Auditorium

SBD out now from 30 days 2014. What a run of shows - 1977-8 saw arguably the best Jimmys and this one doesn't disappoint
