Wave to the Wind
Feb. 24, 1992
Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum

Good early version. I like the more complicated changes in 1992, almost seems like they were trying for an Eyes-feel.

The Other One
Feb. 24, 1992
Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum

One of the stronger late-era versions. Split across Drums (with a third jam segment before). What's not to like?

I'm surprised this early version hasn't been mentioned. Very loose, and builds nicely to the Other One.

Eternity
March 25, 1994
Nassau Coliseum

From a pretty solid first set, this is a stand-out version of Eternity with Bruce Hornsby: worth a listen.

Deal
Aug. 4, 1994
Giants Stadium

In the midst of a lackluster set (and show, and tour) this is a great version. Not as explosive, but well explored, with several intricate parts.

Shakedown Street
Oct. 31, 1979
Nassau Coliseum

Very long version. If you like Shakedowns where you can really get lost, this'll be up your alley.
Shakedown Street
Dec. 31, 1981
Oakland Auditorium

Garcia and Mydland really dive into this one. Check out the video (on YT) to get a picture of just how much fun they're having.
China Cat Sunflower -> I Know You Rider
Dec. 9, 1981
Activity Center - University of Colorado

Echoing the previous comment, this is an excellent version. Pent-up energy from an intense China Cat explodes into a Rider which courses along...and there's more to spare, prompting BW's antics, which might seem cheezy in other instances, but suits the joyous mood here just fine.
Terrapin Station
June 23, 1993
Deer Creek Music Center

Superior jam out of Terrapin, in a way the apex of what they'd been developing in this part during the Vince era. And it's nicely echoed by the short DS out of space.
Scarlet Begonias -> Fire On The Mountain
May 8, 1977
Barton Hall - Cornell University

Of course the classic, showpiece take. Achieved this status partially because of the quality of the tape sound, but the sheer joy of the bass sound at the beginning can't be denied.
