Tangled Up In Blue
Nov. 25, 1983
Cleveland Music Hall
Best tangled up in Blue ever. Inredibly high energy and fusion among the band.

Knickerbocker Arena
Great version but not the best. Eaton turned me on to the best version ever but I can't find it. Jerry almost loses a lung after he comes back in after the solo. BTW, this version is way better than the one that the link for archive sends you to: https://archive.org/details/gd1990-03-24.127119.mtx.dusborne.flac16/gd90-03-24s1t07.flac
Casey Jones
Oct. 2, 1977
Paramount Theatre
I'm not convinced yet. I like it when they take the end of the song and speed it up as fast as they can go. This version doesn't do that. The sound quality is phenomenal; maybe that is influencing things. edit: omg... listen to the 10-28-77 version. can't make up my mind.
Sing Me Back Home
Aug. 27, 1972
Old Renaissance Faire Grounds
For me, not only the best version, one of the most sacred, prayer-like moments in GD history. A testament to the spiritual power of LSD.
Werewolves of London
July 8, 1978
Red Rocks Amphitheatre
I came here just to make sure this was on top. Obviously the hottest version ever. Raw and intense.

Here is the link to the version: https://youtu.be/1p5yzz8g3Do?t=1h51m49s Yes, it's JGB, but sill the best that I've found. The jam at the end is on fire.
