Clarence Clemons sits in for the whole show and really is a great addition. They rock this Let It Rock better than anywhere else I have heard anywhere

Very strong throughout. Excellent Weir vocals. Garcia delivers.

I really don't understand how this one got so many #1 votes. There are several better versions. Go listen to 12-4-66: it smokes this one. 12-4-66 is like you tied one end of a rope to the moon and tied a net filled with a ton of bricks on the other end of the rope and then your buddy climbed Mt. Everest with the bricks and let them loose from 26,000 feet and they swung and slammed right straight into your face. And then you get up and do it a few more times. Of course, at this point, your buddy is pretty spent what with running up and down Everest so many times -- but 12-4-66 is worth it.

This gets my vote for best Viola Lee. It's like Jerry's driving a locomotive all through your brain and Pigpen is shovellin' the coal.

I was at this MSG show and I was at 11-2-85 where they also did Morning Dew. 11-2-85 smokes this version and every other version ever.

Best version of all time in my opinion. Reaches more and higher peaks.

This is one smoking hot Jack Straw. There were flames coming out of my speakers.
