Great version, and a ridiculously great show. The Aud tape is one of the best.

If you're digging for nuggets check out the show before 12.12.1980 (Swing Aud.) and the next night. John Lennon was murdered on Monday and the Dead let the music do the talking. The Friday 12.12 2nd set China/Rider/Estimated/He's Gone/Eyes is fantastic. Not a note out of place and Jerry in full command. For many of us Lennon was our JFK moment.

I was at this show. Four days after John Lennon murder. The whole show is incredible. Not a word was spoken of the tragedy, the boys let the music express their feelings.

Every song from this show is top notch. A seamless China/Rider/Estimated/He's Gone (for John Lennon)/Eyes.

This show was very emotional for the band as it's 4 days after John Lennon was murdered. Our JFK moment. Very heavy vibe waiting in line. Innocence lost. No words were spoken about it. Just let the music punch back at the universe. This whole show is almost flawless. And thundering from the first song. Jerry crushed it. The He's Gone is epic. You know it's a great China/Rider when it's shorter and not searching. Best show I ever saw out of about 150.
