There's a beautiful 16mm video of this on YouTube -- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mf1dNTexCL4. Some absolutely beautiful runs by Jerry here

Not the best sound quality, but the quality shines through. Deserves a listing. Jerry and Bill K. on top form

This needs more votes. It's confident, solid, well-delivered, and bouncy as hell.

Turn On Your Love Light

Dynamic. Not the best, perhaps, but a 25-minute version from DP16 that's definitely worth listing.

An absolute monster. From 'Dick's Picks Vol. 22'. The way Pigpen's vocals are recorded, weaving in and out of the rhythm tracks, is truly haunting.

What a lively version. Fantastic ending, too -- really strong on the vocals, and very spirited playing throughout.
Brown Eyed Women

I prefer this to Barton because it has better solos. It's just a more memorable version -- sprightly but not too fast, lyrics delivered more clearly, guitar sublime throughout. Jerry didn't quite reach those peaks during the Barton version.

Jerry's guitar wails on this are insane. The whole band is so tight and passionate. Donna's quiet "thanks!" belies the extent to which they smash it out of the park here

The jam out of drums is one of the most intense pieces of music Jerry ever played. He's incandescent and unstoppable. Melody, rhythm, everything -- it's liquid fire, it's unbeatable.

This has a strange, insistent joy to it, thanks in part to Jerry thrashing his guitar like a rhythm instrument in the first part of the song.
