Hot Sugar Magnolia to cap off an energetic and well-played second set! The boys are ON tonight and only wish the first set was available somewhere....

Hot, hot version with an epic transition out of Shakedown. Melts into Lost Sailor soooo much better than I would have expected

Sooooo so good! Slow and tentative but melts beautifully into Eyes
Me and Bobby McGee
April 2, 1973
Boston Garden

There really is just something about this song coming out of a deep spacey passage that really makes it remarkable isn’t there? Wonderful version here and definitely a favorite
Here Comes Sunshine
April 2, 1973
Boston Garden

I think this is my favorite Sunshine. Not as all-around GRATE as 6/22 or 12/19 but the spaciness in this song works imo and the long twisting, meandering jam out of the song into Bobby McGee is quite wonderful. For me, this is a completely satisfying performance with lots of little nuances to be picked up upon return listens
